Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. and its workers will conduct their business with the objective to prevent contaminating, destroying, altering or strewing refuse within the environment.
Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. and its workers are committed to protecting the environment and maintaining public health and safety.
Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. will take all reasonable steps to prevent damage and loss to the environment, equipment, materials and product.
Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. will assess its business as to the environmental impacts associated with its operations. Prior to commencing any job, each worker will evaluate the potential impact of their job tasks and related equipment/chemicals to the associated environmental conditions. Workers will have in their possession information on all chemicals and associated hazards that could pose a threat to the environment.
Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. and its workers will comply, to the best of their ability, with all applicable laws and regulations governing environmental concerns.
Any environmental damage caused by Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. within its operation of business will be rectified in a timely and efficient manner.
Programs or processes will be implemented to limit the consequences of emergency events by pre-planning and effective response.
Requests by clients that pose a danger or hazard to the environment (i.e. shipping hazardous goods without proper containment) will be refused by Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. Mustang Well Servicing Ltd. will inform the client of any necessary safety precautions or handling instructions required to prevent an emergency event.
